Siva Prakash
Shanmugam
Siva Prakash Shanmugam is the
Managing Director of TransWorld Star Sdn. Bhd. In
this position, Prakash is responsible for the
company's day-to-day business operations and
corporate expansion strategies.
Prior to setting up TransWorld Star
Sdn. Bhd., Prakash was the Chief Executive Officer
at Euro Dexon Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company
involving Europlan Industries of New Zealand,
Nissho
Iwai Corporation of Japan and Kumpulan Pitchai of
Malaysia. Euro Dexon was involved in the
manufacturing and marketing of steel office
furniture.

Preceding that, Prakash was a
Director at Dell Computer Corporation, based in the
Asia Pacific Customer Center in Penang, Malaysia.
Prakash joined Dell in 1995 in the Finance
Department and his work experience spans across
multiple fields including Costing, Accounting,
Finance, Services and Product Marketing.
Prakash earned a B. Business
(Accounting) from Deakin University in Australia and
is a member of the Australian Society of CPA's.
